Will I get bonus or discount of being a return customer?
Igful only gives out bonus to members that have registered on the site, www.igful.com;
Igful gives out 2% bonus to members that has registered and return to buy.
Igful gives out bonus and discounts to members when taking activities and promotions. Igful will always give 5% bonus to buyers that recommend their friends to purchase on the site, this 5% is according to the amount that their friends buy from igful.com.

When and how will I get the item after I pay?
After send your payment, please contact our customer service via Live Chat or MSN (support@igful.com) and also check with your email. After you confirm your order, we will send you the items in 30 minutes if in stock. Meanwhile, our customer services will guide you to get the item, such as giving advise of the exchange of places, the trader’s char name, etc.

Can I purchase with debit cards or gift cards?
Yes. Igful accepts debits cards and gift cards that has Visa and Mastercard mark on. Before to use them to pay online, you need to register your information at the site that appears on the debit/gift cards. After the registeration you can just use it the same as a credit card online.

What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?
A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks normally takes 3-5 working days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money will be transferred to igful's account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.

How can I purchase at igful.com?
1. Click on the game item/service that you want to buy;
2. Write in with your character’s name, and some other related information if it's required;
3. Press “Add this to my cart”, then you will have this item/service in your shopping cart;
4. At this page, you can also choose "back to shopping" and add more items/services, or just click on "go to checkout”
5. Next page you are asked to confirm your payment information. Leave us special comments or requirements if there is any, and click on “Continue checkout” button to reach the next page.
6. Click on “Confirm the order” if everything is correct. Then it will lead you to the payment page ( http://www.paypal.com/).
7. Log on your paypal account if you already have a paypal account, regardless verified or not. But igful also accepts payments from Credit cards with paypal, therefore, just fill in your credit card information on the paypal page, and set up your paypal account.
8. Paypal will lead you back to http://www.igful.com/ after the pay.
9. Contact igful customer assistants via LiveChat for your order.

How can I verify my paypal account?
1. go http://www.paypal.com/ , login your paypal account
2. Click "status: xxxx UNVERIFIED(0)"
3. Call your Credit card bank to find 4 codesin an amount of 1.95euros or US dollars.(the 4 codes is after words paypal, like: PAYPALXXXX )
4. fill the 4 codes to Verify your Account.
5. You will see you paypal account STATUS IS: xxxx VERIFIED(0).
6. Send us the photo of your paypal account status to: igfulcs@gmail.com
